Newborn Headband

Supplies
Any 1/2" gauge loom (I'm using CinDwood Afghan Square 1/2")
I used a #4 yarn - 1 strand (use a yarn that has alittle stretch in it)
Mary Maxim Baby Kashmere

Headband should be between 10" & 12" long
1" wide
Ewrap Knit Stitch used
Working Left to Right on Loom (going back n forth)
Basic Bind-Off (then sew both ends together)
You can add a button or flower for decoration

Cast-On 4 pegs
(I cast-on each peg individually)

Row 1:
Skip the last peg (peg 4) and ewrap knit the next 3 pegs (pegs 3, 2 & 1)

Row 2:
Skip peg 1 and purl the next 2 pegs (pegs 2 & 3), then ewrap knit the last peg (peg 4)

Baby Cocoon

Supplies:
CinDwood 66 peg - 1/2" round loom
4 skeins of Mary Maxim Baby Blossoms (plenty left to make a matching hat) #4 but thin so I used 2 strands

I used the Ewrap Cast On
The Cocoon should measure 18" to 20"
The Double Moss Stitch is used for this pattern
Flat Drawstring Bind Off
Ewrap Stitch
Purl Stitch

Pattern Sequence:
2 rows of KKPP, then 2 rows of PPKK (don't worry if the sequence doesn't complete as your going around the loom, example: each row might end with a KK or PP)

Without the 4" Collar:
K1, P1 for 12 rows, then begin the pattern sequence til it measures 18" to 20" in length.

With the 4" Collar:
Begin the pattern sequence, remember do not connect pegs 66 & 1 until you have the collar at least 4". You will be going back and forth for approximately 24 rows.  Once you have the length of the collar, knit a complete row.  Reach down between pegs 66 & 1 with your hook and bring the stitch up, twisting to create a loop and place it on peg 1 (this is done just once after completing a row).  Continue working around the loom until it measures 18" to 20".
